I take an educational approach to design, working with my clients to navigate the renovation process with confidence. Renovation consulting can include the following support: - imagining how to phase a renovation - visioning a few options for a completed space - understanding what is permitted within building codes and municipal guidelines - completing drawings for construction - hiring a contractor As listed above the initial consultation is $200 and lasts approximately one hour. Follow up sessions/work can be held in person or virtually, $105/hr. Prices do not include HST.
